Robert and Diane are the new owners of Sassy Sal's and would like to introduce you to our restaurant and our business philosophy.
Robert is a chef with over 30 years of culinary experience. After graduating from culinary school in the Boston area, Robert worked in hotels, retaurants, and hospitals throughout the East Coast, South, Midwest, and finally Las Vegas.
We hold dear to simple philosophies around food, and our relationship to the local community.
Quality and freshness are paramount, and never compromised. All our foods and breads are made from scratch. All rubs and sauces are made to Robert's original recipe, and we smoke all of our meats over oak chips from Maine.
In our pursuit of freshness, we will not serve you any produce out of season. That means that grilled corn on the cob will only be available in the summer season, and our home made collard greens will only be available in the colder seasons.
While you may have to wait for your jumbo wings to cook, they will be hot, and they will be fresh!
